ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Silver & Green are a small family business. They are producers, importers and wholesalers of authentic Mediterranean delicacies. They started back in 2007 in the little village of Flusco, near Penrith, Cumbria, and specialise in bringing a range of high-quality Mediterranean foods to the UK. The quality of the products is something they are incredibly passionate about and they are especially proud of their olives.
