TASTING NOTE

This light red wine has plentiful red fruit aromas, cherries and raspberries. Its is fleshy and soft with juicy fruit and a lively acidity. The supple tannins are ripe and light, the finish is silky and persistent.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

In the charming flower-decked village of Lantignie, Jacky Gaulthier and his family manage Domaine de Colette in an eco-aware manner and practice "Lutte Raisonnée".

Jacky started out on his own at 17 when he took over his uncle's estate and bought some additional plots to offer a wider range of terroir specific wines.
