These fabulous innovative 'Cremas' are made from balsamic vinegar with added cooked must to give body and density. They have been developed by Giusti to be used alone as glazes for meats or drizzled over ice cream or ricotta. The truffle glaze is perfect with boiled, scrambled and fried eggs, creamed rice, and melted cheeses.
