ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Situated to the south west of Sancerre, Quincy is it’s own appellation for Sauvignon Blanc.

This wine is made by Master Sommellier Dimitri Mesnard.

TASTING NOTE

Crisp and fresh but with more of a rounded mouthfeel than its counterparts, Sancerre and Poouilly Fume. There’s still the acid and mineral streak running through the middle but the wine has a more “opulent” feel to it.
