The Muscat de Hamburg and Sauvignon Blanc are vinified separately with a cold pre-fermentation soak of each variety for 4 hours to extract aromatics. The must is then settled, followed by fermentation at cool temperatures for maximum freshness.
Light yellow colour with green highlights, intense aromas of apricot and melon with a
background of passion fruit. Medium-bodied with balanced acidity and fresh citrus
hints.
