A light and crisp wine which is lemon in colour. On the nose there's aromas of citrus and green apples. The herbaceous palate is characterised by gooseberry and grapefruit with hints of lemon grass and a refreshing minerality. Try with fish, sea food, grilled vegetables and goats cheese.

Angel's Estate is situated very close to the Zhrebchevo (Stallion) Dam, on the hillsides of Sredna Gora in Bulgaria. They own 1500 acres of new vineyards, which include both red and white grape varieties.
