TASTING NOTE

Using their very own cider apples, Chase distil the Naked Chase Vodka as the base spirit. Slowly, they infuse this with a delicate range of botanicals before finally distilling with the same sweet Seville orange peel used in their Chase Marmalade Vodka. Light nectar in appearance, natural floral oils on the nose, fragrant with elderflower upfront on the palate, finishing with an expression of fresh Seville orange zest.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Chase Distillery is a family owned, single estate distillery in Herefordshire who have been distilling fine spirits since 2008 from potatoes and apples grown on their farm. It is this "Field to Bottle" approach that gives Chase the ability to monitor and control every aspect of quality and flavour in the production process - a level of attention to detail which can be tasted in every bottle!
