ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Grapes are hand harvested from estate vineyards in Calosso and Agliano Terme. With a south west facing exposure the grapes have no problem ripening during the growing season. Once in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and macerated on their skins for 10 - 12 days. After this, the fruit is racked and then malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 4 - 5 months. The resulting wine is racked again and bottled before cellaring prior to release
