Picual olives are the most widely grown variety in Spain, traditionally cultivated in Andalucia in the south of Spain. Picual oil has a full bodied texture and strong flavour. It also has a high percentage of healthy oleic acids, which can exceed 80% of its fat content. It is a perfect olive oil for frying, sauteeing and baking.

The oil is presented in a small beautifully decorated bottle showing part of a famous painting by Catalan impressionist artist Ricardo Canals. Called 'In the Bar', it dates from 1910, and can be found in the National Museum of Arts of Catalunya. A lovely addition to your kitchen or dinner table!
