Deeply sweet with malty notes & a dark amber colour, our Oak Tree Raw honeydew honey is produced in Greece by artisan bee-keeper, Alexandros Gousiaris.

A monovarietal honey, harvested at the end of July after Alexandros has moved his hives to the oak tree forests near the foot of Mount Olympus. The Greek oak trees the bees feed on give this honey its robust character & a deep, dark colour that resembles molasses.

Oak tree honey has a complex taste and is less sweet compared to nectar honeys while it tends not to crystallise.
