Made in the same way as Sauternes this five star vintage is a 3:1 blend of Semillon to Sauvignon Blanc. Matured for 12 months in oak barrels, half of which were new, this is an amber hued, strongly botrytised sweet wine with concentrated notes of honey and peach, finely balanced with good acidity and a lingering richness.,
