This is a 13 hectare property in the south of the Marne valley in Champagne, owned by the Greffier family.

The vineyards consist of 20 plots with an average age of 25 years (the oldest vines being 75 years old). Pinot Noir is the dominant planted varietal (67%), followed by Pinot Meunier (25%) and Chardonnay (8%).

This wine, as expected is Pinot dominated, with the blend comprising of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. The result is a rich an complex Champagne, with layers of toasty brioche, honey, lemon and butterscotch.
