Bronze tones combined with the intense depth of a great red wine. Aromas of red berries: hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry with a spicy touch. On the palate, a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish due to the adjunction of red wine. Bubbles fine as velvet!

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

One of Champagne's most famous and prestigious producers, Bollinger was founded in 1829. The House has a reputation for producing full bodied champagnes which are Pinot Noir dominated and have the ability to mature for years to come.
