Spanish Baked Butter Beans

This recipe is a really simple and quick dish using our Spanish butter beans (Judion). Joe loves this recipe, it's the perfect hearty meal for a cold winters evening!

Chilli Linguine with Aubergine & Black Olive

This recipe uses some of our fantastic Morelli Chilli Linguine. The ancient Morelli Pasta Factory was founded in 1860 and is still run by the same family. It produces a vast range of speciality pastas which have a wonderful consistency and rich flavour. We stock a wide range of their delicious pasta, and we urge you to explore the whole range!

Lemon Chicken Tagine

This classic tagine is great as a dinner party centre piece served with crusty bread or cous cous.

Mushroom Risotto with Truffle Oil and Parmesan

This is a simple but extremely delicious mushroom risotto enhanced with the earthy flavour of truffle. We love anything and everything with truffle here at Whitmore & White, but this creamy rich classic dish has got to be one of our favourites!

Gourmet Pizza with Pistachio Pesto, Spanish Ham & Figs

This is a decadent gourmet twist on our fantastic Dough it Yourself pizzas, which are hugely popular in all our shops. We combine our lovely thin and crispy fresh pizza bases with Pistachip Pesto, Mozzarella cheese, Spanish ham and rich figs.

Smoked Duck & Asparagus Salad

A lovely fresh salad, this recipe uses our fantastic Rannoch Scottish smoked duck breast and combines it with asparagus

Nero di Seppia with Pancetta

It's one of our more unusual pastas, but we love it here at Whitmore & White. This simple and delicious Italian dish combines our beautiful black Nero di Seppia (squid ink linguine) with salty smoked pancetta and cream. A fantastic twist on the classic carbonara!
