He started life as a research chemist, but over 20 years ago he walked into a wine shop simply to buy a bottle and walked out with a job. And that was that. He’s since held glittering positions within the wine industry, studied to Level 4 Diploma with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, visited some of the world’s most famous vineyards, and tasted thousands upon thousands of wines.
