These wonderful wines are made by sister and brother team, Heidi and Roman, at Weingut Pfaffl in the Weinviertel region of Austria, in certified sustainable vineyards around Vienna (or Mozartworld as Disney would have it!). Their range of wines have won more awards than you can shake a stick at and they were recently voted European Winery of the Year - and it's easy to see why. THE DOT PEPPER GRUNER VELTLINER

Rapier sharp, clean,with uplifting minerality, A weightier Gruener than most due to later harvesting and longer skin contact. If you can imagine licking a stainless steel life you've just used to cut a ripe, freshly baked Granny Smith, you'll get the idea!! Wonderfully Wunderbar!!

THE DOT PEACH RIESLING

It's Riesling, Jim, but not as we know it!. Clean and crisp, but with trugs full of vibrant fruit and a wonderful ,mouthwatering acidity, this will have your tastebuds doing the quickstep!Think, pushing a wheelbarrow full of ripe,orange blush peaches along a beach in a lime infused sea mist. Fantastically fantastisch!

THE DOT CHERRY ZWEIGELT

Bright ,fire engine red, crunchy fruit. This has snap, crackle and a lot of bop and makes me feel like in indulging in a bit of wanton Schuplattler! This is a joy. Best aus den Besten!
