If you're like me, you look at our big jars of Navaricco artichoke hearts and think - 'they look great, but what the hell am I supposed to do with them?". Well, after a little research, here are 10 simple things to do with artichoke hearts! 1. PIZZA - Dry the artichokes, chop them into small pieces, and add them to your pizza before baking. 2. BAKED STARTER - Chop the artichokes and add them to cooked spinach. Add a little mayonnaise,g rated parmesan and black pepper. Put in a ramekin, top with grated parmesan bake at 180 until golden brown (15ish minutes). 3. ON TOAST - Spread toasted bread with ricotta, add chopped artichokes and season with sea salt and lemon zest. 4. WITH FISH - Chop the artichokes, add some capers and sauté in butter. The perfect accompaniment to baked or pan-fried white fish. 5. ROASTED - Roast them alongside your potatoes. 6. RISOTTO - Chop the artichokes and add them to risotto. 7. TAPENADE - Chop the artichokes, add lemon juice, a good amount of olive oil, chopped basil and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Great with grilled fish, roast chicken and pork chops. 8. OMELETTE - Add chopped artichokes and feta to your omelette. 9. GRATIN - Put the artichokes in a baking dish, sprinkle with gruyere and breadcrumbs and bake at 180 until warmed through. 10.
