TASTING NOTE

The starting point of this whole range was a love of gin and tonic; served with ice and lime of course! Choc Affair really wanted to produce something that gave that same, satisfying feeling as sipping on a cold G&T, but in the form of an indulgent bar of chocolate. The experimenting began; and here we are ' gin and tonic flavoured chocolate.

They are passionate about creating a delicious range of hand crafted chocolates using only natural ingredients, sustainably grown cocoa which is free from palm oil. Choc Affair is a family company who believe in contributing financially to the important work carried out by the International Cocoa Initiative in West Africa in cocoa growing communities and also invest in specific projects for the cocoa farmers from where their Single origin range of chocolate is sourced, Colombia. Locally to their base in York, they work with local agencies to offer real work opportunities to those who can struggle to enter the employment market. Their philosophy of working with like minded, independent companies has led them to ensure all of their packaging is designed, sourced and purchased here in the UK, always ensuring a British employer is at the heart of all they do.
